Biography
Xie Yuanxin (also known by the art name Xie Haoyi) was born on December 31, 1967, in Chongyi, Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, China. He is a Han Chinese painter currently based in Beijing.
He is a professional artist, National Second-Class Artist, and a graduate of the advanced research program of the China Artists Association.
Xie Yuanxin is a member of multiple prestigious art organizations, including:

From an early age, Xie Yuanxin showed a deep passion for painting. Growing up in a rural courtyard in Jiangxi, he often sketched freely on walls, hillsides, and open spaces.

謝遠新的個人經歷
謝遠新,於1967年出生在江西一個農家小院,自幼喜愛書畫,師從霍春陽等名家。少時,謝遠新常在院子裏、山頂上、牆頭上信手塗鴉。其第一次就業時應聘到一所學校擔任美術老師,後又應聘到工廠從事宣傳工作。在工廠工作的6年時間裏,僅墨汁就用光200多瓶。
為追求藝術發展,謝遠新來到北京,先後在中國美協高研班、北京畫院、榮寶齋畫院、現代工筆劃院、中央美院崔曉東工作室等專業藝術機構研修 。謝遠新現為中國美術家協會會員 ,並兼任中國人民大學客座教授、中國電視藝術家協會詩書畫學會副秘書長、中央美院山水系主任崔曉東山水畫研究會會員、廣東省文化學會美術研究專業委員會創研部副主任、北京現代藝術學校教授等職務 ,並曾供職於惠州一中啟正學校 。
自2000年起,謝遠新的作品多次入選中國美術家協會主辦的全國性展覽並獲獎,如作品《雙鶿圖》在民族魂國土情全國書畫大賽中入選,作品《和諧家園》在“中國夢•黃山魂”全國山水畫作品展覽中獲優秀獎,作品《故園情》在首屆“八大山人”全國山水畫作品展中入選。其先後有二十多次在中國美術家協會主辦的大展中獲獎、入選,並被收藏 。謝遠新的作品曾發表在《人民日報》、《光明日報》、《美術報》等報刊雜誌,作品被全國眾多政府機關、美術館及美國、法國、德國、新西蘭、澳大利亞等國際友人收藏。

軼事趣聞

2019至2020年,謝遠新參與了“惠州青年藝術家培育計畫”,得到許欽松導師的親臨指導,該計畫組織學員在湯泉、博羅、東莞、羅浮山等地采風與寫生,使他體會到“藝術源於生活,高於生活”以及“汲古彌新”的道理;基於此次經歷,他創作了作品《汲古彌新》,並於2020年10月9日至11月6日在惠州市中國畫學會藝術館舉辦的成果展中展出。
2020年新冠肺炎疫情蔓延期間,謝遠新心系抗疫,創作了重彩山水畫《閉門瘟疫少,開卷受益多》,在創作感想中寫道“眼在流淚,心在滴血!想通過手中的畫筆盡自已之力所能及之事”,畫面通過緊閉院門的山莊、山路及標語,暗示“不走親,不訪友,不到外面走,全民抗疫”的寓意,以表達“眾志成城,抗擊疫情”的決心。
