1. Scope of Return and Exchange

Since each hand-painted artwork is a unique original by the artist, returns and exchanges without valid reasons are generally not accepted, except in the following cases:

(1) The artwork is severely damaged, contaminated, or the frame is damaged during transport;

(2) There is a significant discrepancy between the actual item and the website description (e.g., size, material, framing style, etc.);

(3) The artwork is found to be not created by the artist or is suspected of being counterfeit upon receipt.

2. Cases Not Applicable for Return and Exchange

(1) Subtle visual differences in color, texture, etc., caused by photography, display equipment, or lighting conditions;

(2) Changes in customer preferences (e.g., style, composition, etc.);

(3) The framing is specifically designed by the artist according to the characteristics of the artwork and is not accepted for separate modification;

(4) The artwork is signed for more than 30 days.

3. Return and Exchange Process

1. Please contact customer service via email (e.g., service@vinash.cn) and provide your order number, photos of the artwork, and a description of the issue;

2. We will review and respond within 3 working days, and if the return or exchange conditions are met, we will provide the return address and instructions;

3. The returned artwork must remain in its original condition, including the artwork, certificate, packaging, and all accompanying materials;

International shipping fees and customs duties incurred from the return and exchange will be negotiated between both parties. By default, the customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges that are not due to quality issues.

2. Care and Collection Recommendations

1. Artwork Maintenance

(1) It is recommended to avoid direct sunlight and high-temperature, humid environments;

(2) When hanging, keep away from air conditioning vents or heating equipment;

(3) For cleaning the artwork, use a soft dry cloth to gently wipe, avoiding chemical cleaners.

2. Certificate and Authenticity

(1) Each artwork comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist and a unique number;

(2) Authenticity can be verified through the association's official website or anti-counterfeiting query system.
